This AI Data Protection Policy explains how MYTRACKHOLDING LLC ("we", "us", or "our") protects your data from unauthorized use by third-party artificial intelligence systems, and how we use pseudonymised data internally to keep our scam-detection and fraud-prevention models effective.

1. Our commitment

We believe your data belongs to you. In an era where AI companies routinely harvest user data to train large language models, we take a firm position: we never sell, license, or share your data with any third party for AI training. We may, however, use pseudonymised and aggregated data internally to train and improve our own scam-detection and fraud-prevention models — that is core to delivering the security service you signed up for.

2. What we do NOT do with your data

• We do not sell, license, or share your data with any third party for the purpose of training AI or machine learning models.
• We may use fully pseudonymised and aggregated data internally to train our own scam-detection and fraud-prevention systems — this is core to providing the security service you signed up for.
• We do not allow third-party AI crawlers, scrapers, or bots to access your personal data or analytics.
• We do not create data profiles or aggregated datasets from your information for any AI-related purpose other than improving Lunyb's own protection features.

3. Technical protections against AI scraping

We implement active technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized AI harvesting:

• Automated bot detection and blocking systems that identify and reject AI crawlers.
• Rate limiting and access controls on all API endpoints to prevent bulk data extraction.
• Strict robots.txt directives that explicitly deny access to known AI training crawlers (GPTBot, CCBot, etc.).
• Continuous monitoring for unusual access patterns that may indicate scraping activity.

4. Third-party service providers

We carefully vet all third-party service providers to ensure they do not use your data for AI training. Our contracts with payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics tools include explicit clauses prohibiting the use of your data for machine learning or AI development.

5. Your rights regarding AI and your data

You have the right to:

• Know that your data is not sold or shared with any third party for AI training, and is only used internally — and only after pseudonymisation and aggregation — to train Lunyb's own scam-detection and fraud-prevention systems.
• Request a full export of your data at any time.
• Request deletion of all your data from our systems.
• Be informed of any material change to this policy before it takes effect.

6. Future changes

If we ever expand our internal AI use beyond scam-detection and fraud-prevention, or change our position on third-party AI sharing, we will notify all users at least 30 days in advance. We will never retroactively reuse data collected before such a change without giving you a chance to object.
